Collaboratively work to build, maintain, and evolve Koop's brandConceptualize and execute ideas across the different pillars of Koop including Product, Marketing Drops, Social, and moreBring innovative and creative ideas to lifeCome up with clear, effective, fun, and powerful marketing language and copyEnsure a high-quality bar in all external touch points across the brandProduce assets for a variety of mediums (blogs, videos, tweets) that stay true to our core values and principlesWho you are...
You have extreme proficiency in the software needed for the job: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.You have previous experience working on brands, either internally or part of an agencyYou have a strong visual Design ability when it comes to color, type, layout, etc.You're highly creative with an eye for detailsYou have great taste, hold a high bar for aesthetics, and you produce work that reaches itYou care less about what others have done, and more about what's right for usYou can clearly communicate your ideas and feedbackYou're comfortable in a fast moving environment, managing multiple projects at onceYou are passionate about Web3, future of work, and the mission of KoopApply
